CSR Multi-Purpose PU Gun Foam is a single component PU foam used with an application gun and features higher yield, easier application and reusability.

Properties

  • Excellent adhesion and filling capacity 
  • High thermal and acoustical insulation value  
  • Cured Foam is mold-proof, waterproof and can be sanded and painted  

Applications

  • Filling and sealing of gaps, joints and cavities 
  • Insulating basements, attics, outdoor faucets, etc.     

Instructions

  • Wear protection to avoid all contact with skin and eyes 
  • Shake well for 30 to 45 seconds  Remove all sources of ignition until tack free (takes approx. 10 min) 
  • Application range is between temperatures 28.4°F (5°C) and 86°F (30°C) 
  • Fill gaps partially as foam will expand  
  • Do not overfill  
  • Moisturizing the surface before and after the application accelerates curing rate  
  • Attach can to the applicator gun safely; do not over tighten  
  • Dispense foam with can upside down  
  • Cured foam can be trimmed in 30-45 minutes, sanded and painted 
  • Applications under low temperatures would decrease efficiency and increase curing times  
  • Storage shelf life may be decreased if stored above 77°F (25°C) and below 41°F (5°C)  
  • Products must be carried and stored vertical  
  • Protect from sunlight  
  • Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 122°F (50°C)  
  • VOC (g/L) according to ASTM D2369-10 is < 2 g/L  
  • By percentage according to ASTM D2369-10% is <6  

Clean Up

  • Foam may be cleaned by using CSR Foam Cleaner
