All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 6am – 12pm. Eastern Time.
Orders received after this cut-off time will count toward the next business day.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, you will receive this information via email/SMS.
Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of the items in your cart, as well as where you are located. You can get an estimate of the shipping costs in your cart anytime by viewing your cart and inputting your country, city (if available), and postal/zip code in the “Estimate Shipping” dropdown below your chosen product(s).
Before the final checkout page (Step 4), the actual cost of shipping will be shown to you in Step 3.
Please note, some items may not be able to ship to your location. Please remove these items from your cart to get a valid shipping estimate.
All orders of $500 or more may qualify for free Standard Shipping within Canada and USA. Certain products are excluded from receiving free shipping. Expected delivery including processing time is between 5 and 10 business days for Standard Shipping.
Local Pick Up
Customers located near our store can opt to do a pick up order. Upon reaching the “Checkout” page, you will be able to enter your Contact Information (Step 2), and you can select “Pick Up” as your Delivery method.
Please note that orders that are not picked up after 30 days will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock, or we may contact you for further instructions. Once the back ordered item becomes available we will ship out the rest of your order.
You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
